Sleeping Weight Loss: Good Sleep Can Reduce Fat? Sleeping for seven or eight hours a day does not only prepare you to face the next day’s challenges. It also helps you lose weight, a recent study states.

Believe it or not but sleeping is apparently another technique by which you can lose some of your body fat. According to a research published in the Annuals of Internal Medicine, too little sleep could deprive you from losing body fat.

In the research, 10 overweight men and women ages 35-49 were observed in a sleep lab for two separate two-week periods. In one trial, they slept for 5.5 hours a night and during the other trial, they slept for 8.5 hours a night.

Jim Humble MMS: Scam or Today’s Miracle Mineral Solution to Good Health. Are the bottled “health” drinks you are drinking safe? Or are you paying more for supposedly “healthy” stuff which is actually going to make you unhealthy?

The Daily Mail has a news report about Miracle Mineral Solution, a product which is marketed as a “health drink” but which actually contains sodium chlorite, a chemical used in bleaching products.

This “mineral solution” is reportedly being sold on the internet by a guy named Jim Humble. The makers of this product boast that the solution can cure a range of illnesses including Hepatitis, cancer, Crohns disease, the flu, herpes, malaria, and TB. However, people who took in this “solution” had bouts of nausea and diarrhea.

Prozac PMS Treatment: Can Prozac Treat Pre-Menstrual Syndrome? British researchers have discovered that Prozac, a commonly-prescribed anti-depression pill, can also stop pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS) which reportedly affects three quarters of women.

The study, conducted at the University of Birmingham, found that a small dose of Prozac can stop the changes in the body that cause PMS.

According to lead researcher Dr. Thelma Lovick, PMS occurs when the level of allopregnanolone (ALLO) drops during the pre-menstrual period.

Anal Cancer Treatment Options and Alternatives

Anal Cancer Treatment Options. Anal cancer is treated using three methods, used either together or individually: surgery, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy. Surgery
Two types of surgery may be performed. A local resection is surgery where the tumor is cut from the anus, along with some healthy tissue around it. Local resection is done if the cancer is small and has not spread. Tumors that develop in the lower part of the anus can often be removed with local resection. Persons who undergo this procedure, can save their sphincter muscles and are able to control their bowel movements. But because resection can cause anal stenosis or the narrowing of the anal canal and anus due to scar tissue, another surgery is sometimes needed to widen the anus and restore its proper function.
