Natazia Hair Loss, Patient Usage Guide, and Precautions & Warnings. Our little sister, well she’s no longer little as she’s 5’8″ and is now 26 years old, decided to use Natazia birth control pills last year. It was all hunky dory until she noticed some loss of hair.

Hair loss is not listed as a side effect of Natazia in our earlier post — see Natazia Side Effects — but it is apparently one of its less common side effects according to drugs.com.

Testosterone Therapy: Good or Bad? Scam or Effective Weight Loss Drug?

Is testosterone therapy a scam that is about to be perpetrated (or maybe its now being perpetrated) by pharmaceutical companies to further fatten their already thick bank accounts at the expense of men with health concerns? Or is it an effective cure for, to borrow the words of the Daily Mail, “the dismal ailments of midlife malehood”?

We ask because a recent German study suggests that men with low levels of testosterone who received testosterone injections purportedly increased the men’s lean muscles, made them lose weight and shrank their waistlines by four inches from an average of 42in (107cm) to 38½in (98cm), lowered their cholesterol and blood sugar levels, and improved their sex drives.

Earlier we gave you a list of celebrities with kidney transplants as well as celebrities who had dialysis treatments because their kidneys failed to do the job of cleansing their system. Now, here’s a list of famous men and women who were found to have cancer in their kidney.

Famous Men With Breast Cancer – Male Celebrity Health

Can men be afflicted with breast cancer? Yes, they can. The incidence of breast cancer in men is very rare — in fact less than one percent of all breast cancers occur in men — but the disease is, to use the words of our friend Aleena, “not for women only”.

Men of all ages can be affected with breast cancer but, according to the National Cancer Institute, older men – those aged 60 years old and up – are more at risk. Other risk factors identified with the disease are: radiation exposure, exposure to female hormones (estrogen), and genetic factors.

Dialysis is a treatment for those with kidneys which lost most or all their function and, thus, are no longer able to do the job of cleansing the blood (thus maintaining balance between water and other substances) and are no longer capable of producing the hormones the body needs to stay healthy. Celebrities Who Had Fertility Treatments

After three years of trying to conceive with no success, Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have decided to go the fertility treatment route. According to news reports, Khloe started with her treatments at a Los Angeles clinic. Khloe and Lamar are just one of the latest celebrity couples who decided to seek treatment in order to have a kid. Here are others:

Courteney Cox and David Arquette. David and Courteney deserves a lot of props for being one of the first celebrity couples to talk about about their fertility problem and how they are trying artificial ways to get pregnant. In “coming out”, they gave a human face to a problem that not a few couples have to face. Courteney eventually conceived through in-vitro fertilization (IVF) and gave birth to daughter, Coco. David and Courteney, unfortunately, are no longer a couple as they filed for divorce recently.
